KeyBanc analyst Alex Markgraff reiterated an Overweight rating and $145.00 price target on Global Payments (NYSE: GPN).
The analyst commented, "GPN will host its 2024 Investor Day on September 24th in NYC and virtually. We expect the conversation to revolve around Merchant segment updates (ISV channel partner growth strategy, ProFac model traction, tech-enabled vs. traditional growth, int'l expansion, etc.), Issuer segment updates (B2B strategy and a refresh of issuer processing growth opportunity), organizational restructuring initiatives, and a refreshed cycle guidance (i.e., mid-term model framework). We remain positive on GPN driven by favorable spend exposure/tech-enabled mix in the Merchant segment and relative valuation considering MSD+ revenue growth and LDD adj. EPS growth."
