Truist Securities analyst Matthew Niknam raised the price target on HP Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) to $70.00 (from $69.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "Cloud/AI leading the way today, Networking provides longer-term value unlock; We are raising our estimates by ~10-15%, post strong F3Q26 results showcased by Cloud/ AI (server-driven) segment upside, stronger margins and boosted guidance for FY26E/ FY27E. Importantly, order growth (+42% this quarter) is meaningfully outpacing (pro forma) revenue growth (mid-teens), building backlog and elevated visibility five quarters out. We remain Buy rated on HPE, given: (1) accelerating Cloud/AI growth, as agentic/ inference-AI drives elevated demand for traditional/AI servers, (2) an underappreciated/ scaled Networking business with ramping synergies/margins, and (3) accelerating FCF growth, with "at least 75%" coming back to shareholders starting next quarter."
