H.C. Wainwright Reiterates Buy Rating on Revolution (RVMD)

H.C. Wainwright analyst Raghuram Selvaraju reiterated a Buy rating and $72.00 price target on Revolution (NASDAQ: RVMD).

The analyst commented: "Yesterday, Revolution Medicines announced that it and Summit Therapeutics (SMMT; Buy; Kapoor)—a leader in the anti-PD1xVEGF space—have inked a clinical collaboration agreement in multiple solid tumor settings to evaluate the safety and efficacy of each of Revolution Medicines’ clinical-stage RAS(ON) inhibitors, including the multi-selective inhibitor daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), G12D-selective inhibitor zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), and G12C-selective inhibitor elironrasib (RMC-6291), in combination with Summit Therapeutics’ ivonescimab, a PD-1/VEGF BsAb. From a combinatorial perspective, this collaboration is extremely judicious in our opinion considering the preclinical data generated for elironrasib, daraxonrasib, and zoldonrasib in combination with anti-PD1/L1 therapy (sources: Blaj et al., EACR 2025; Ayala et al., AACR 2025; Menard et al., AACR IO 2025; and Lee et al., SITC 2024). We also point out elironrasib's potential in the 1L NSCLC TPS >50% setting, given the 100% ORR seen when combined with Keytruda (pembrolizumab); for context, 39% of 1L NSCLC TPS >50% patients treated with Keytruda experienced an objective response in the KEYNOTE-042 trial (source: Mok et al., The Lancet 2019). We do note, however, the small sample size for the elironrasib + Keytruda (i.e., n=5), and four of the five responses are currently unconfirmed. Looking at safety, we note that initial safety results for the combination of elironrasib or daraxonrasib + Keytruda appears relatively benign. Furthermore, when we look at the HARMONi-2 trial, we do not see a significantly different AE profile between ivonescimab and Keytruda. Additionally, we note that the VEGF-related toxicities appear non-overlapping with those seen from Revolution's agents. Reiterate Buy rating and $72 PT."
