H.C. Wainwright analyst Patrick Trucchio reiterated a Buy rating and $10.00 price target on Invivyd Inc. (NASDAQ: IVVD).
The analyst commented: "On August 13, Invivyd reported 2Q26 results and confirmed that enrollment in the upsized Phase 3 DECLARATION trial evaluating VYD2311 is complete, and that the study's planned topline data analysis is imminent. The Phase 3 LIBERTY trial is now fully dosed, with topline data anticipated in late 3Q26. Notably, in lieu of a 2Q26 earnings call, management plans to hold an investor call following study completion, which we read as sequencing around the readout rather than a change in disclosure posture. However, PEMGARDA's emergency use authorization (EUA) now terminates June 29, 2027, and neither the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) nor the FDA have provided the written statutory advice on an approval pathway — so we view a VYD2311 biologics license application (BLA) as the most likely route to sustainability. We believe that the 3Q26 pivotal readouts should reset Invivyd from an EUA-constrained intravenous (IV) franchise into a broadly labeled intramuscular (IM) prophylaxis franchise. We reiterate our Buy rating and $10 price target."
