H.C. Wainwright Reiterates Buy Rating on AngioDynamics (ANGO)

H.C. Wainwright analyst Yi Chen reiterated a Buy rating and $16.00 price target on AngioDynamics (NASDAQ: ANGO).

The analyst commented: "Last week, AngioDynamics reported its financial results for fiscal 1Q26 ending on August 31, 2025. Net sales were $75.7M, beating our projection of $72.0M and representing 12.2% pro forma YoY growth. Specifically, Med Tech net sales were $35.3M (up 26.1% YoY) and Med Device net sales were $40.4M (up 2.3% YoY). Net loss was $10.9M, or ($0.26) per share, less than our estimated loss of $11.2M. Product lines in the Med Tech segment generally reported growth in F1Q26: Auryon sales were $16.5M (up 20.1%); AngioVac sales were $8.0M (up 37.1%); AlphaVac sales were $3.3M (up 52.3%); NanoKnife disposable sales were $5.4M (up 31.3%), and total NanoKnife sales (including capital) were $6.4M (up 26.7%). In terms of geographic breakdown, U.S. net sales were $66.5M (up 11.7%) and international sales were $9.3M (up 15.6%). Adjusted net income was ($4.2M), or ($0.10) per share. Adjusted EBITDA was $2.2M. Given the solid financial performance, management has raised the full-year FY26 guidance: full-year net sales are expected to be $308-313M (up from $305-310M), including Med Tech sales growth of 14-16% and flat Med Device sales. Gross margin remains at 53.5-55.5%. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be $6.0-10.0M (up from $3.0-8.0M), and adjusted EPS in the range of ($0.33)-($0.23) (up from ($0.35)-($0.25)). Management also expects positive free cash flow for FY26. Tariff impact remains at $4.0-6.0M for FY26. We believe the company would continue to demonstrate organic growth in the coming quarters, primarily driven by sales of Auryon, AngioVac, AlphaVac and NanoKnife disposables. We reiterate our Buy rating and $16 price target."
