Jefferies analyst Randal J. Konik trimmed estimates and his price target on Hold-rated Guess (NYSE: GES) from $29 to $27 following Q4 results.
Konik comments, "GES posted 4Q results slightly above expectations, offset by a bleak outlook for the quarter and yr ahead. While the co continues to manage costs well and inventory levels look clean, this remains a business under global pressure. A healthy balance sheet and raised dividend provide nice downside protection but we await signs of sustained improvement and more compelling risk/reward at a better price."
The firm lowered FY 2014 EPS from $1.95 to $1.50.
