Goldman Sachs downgraded O'Reilly Automotive (NASDAQ: ORLY) from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $179 (from $181).

Analyst Matthew J. Fassler said, "We are 1% below consensus for 2015 despite being above for 4Q2014/1Q2015. This sector is one of the few that benefited from the inclement weather of late 4Q2013/1Q2014. We ultimately expect sales to track short of consensus for 2015 as a whole, and expect deceleration in earnings growth from recent torrid levels. Also, the firm’s impactful redeployment of working capital to share repurchase is likely to moderate. Finally, ORLY’s relative P/E stands well above long-run averages, and among the ranks of those with faster footage growth stories."
