Freedom Broker analyst Mikhail Paramonov downgraded Visa (NYSE: V) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $427.00 (from $410.00).
The analyst comments "Visa (V) reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 results in line with expectations and closed out a record year. Revenue grew 13% y/y to $12.14 billion (in line with consensus), and adjusted earnings per share (Adj. EPS) rose 17% to $3.48, 1% above expectations. For FY2026, revenue grew 15% to $45.9 billion and Adj. EPS rose 16% to $13.27. FY2027 guidance implies a slowdown in revenue and EPS growth to the low double digits (10–13%) on a high base, rising client incentives and a record volume of contract renewals. We downgrade our rating to Hold while raising our price target from $410 to $427."
