Oppenheimer analyst Brian Bittner lowered the price target on Domino's Pizza (NASDAQ: DPZ) to $415.00 (from $465.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "DPZ has remained a controversial restaurant stock in 2026 with shares -21% YTD (vs. S&P's +9%) primarily on valuation re-rating to ~15x forward P/E. Following our post-quarter analysis, we keep EPS estimates for '27E solidly intact, and adjust our target to $415 (from $465) on updated valuation. For 2Q26 results, SSS of +0.1% were above depressed buy-side expectations (negative 1-2% range) driven by meaningful order count growth. While the headline numbers suggest bears may be leaning too negative, the investor debate remains unresolved following the business update. This makes our Fall HQ visit very timely, particularly with new CEO (Joe Jordan) starting his tenure October 1st."
