UBS analyst Karl Keirstead raised the price target on Datadog (NASDAQ: DDOG) to $320.00 (from $280.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "At 17x revs and 57x FCF on our 2027 estimates, Datadog shares aren’t cheap. Key positives include the prospect of a 2027 pull-through from AI observability and potential 2H26 OpenAI spending upside. Key risks include “core enterprise” revs growth (now high-20% and accelerating since 2Q25) beginning to stabilize (we estimate in 4Q26) against tougher comps and the Street moving to a more risk-off near-term stance about higher-multiple AI-exposed stocks. We remain Buy-rated but in terms of our higher- growth software stocks under coverage, we prefer data-exposed Palantir and Snowflake."
