Credit Suisse initiates coverage on Cotiviti Holdings (NYSE: COTV) with a Outperform rating and a price target of $25.00.
Analyst Robert Willoughby commented, "Connolly and iHealth merged in 2014 to create COTV, a leader in payment accuracy solutions for the health care and other sectors. It should benefit from growth in national health expenditures, an ongoing shift to government sponsored managed care plans, the transition to value-based payment models, and increasing reimbursement complexity. Proceeds from an IPO in May were applied to debt reduction, such that more of its revenue and profits are translating into EPS and cash flow."
