Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Sarah James reiterated an Overweight rating and $110.00 price target on CVS Health (NYSE: CVS).
The analyst commented, "We've analyzed 2027 Stars cutpoints & our early call is optimistic about the early October 2026 release of 2027 Stars. HUM's accelerated Stars program investments could likely be enough as only 47% of 4-Star thresholds got harder in 2027 Stars vs. 2026 Stars, and we continue to believe CAHPS-related concerns around UNH are misplaced. Overall, the lighter-than-expected movement in cutpoints is another reason, in our view, to underwrite the MA margin & pricing cycle (HUM, CVS, UNH, ELV, CNC, MOH) through to target margins."
