Benchmark Reiterates Buy Rating on Lattice Semiconductor (LSCC)

Benchmark analyst David Williams reiterated a Buy rating and $60.00 price target on Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC).

The analyst commented, "LSCC delivered a solid quarter of execution with results and guidance matching expectations. The big take-away from our perspective was management’s decidedly more upbeat tone than we have heard in some time with record design wins, strengthening demand trends in Comms a Compute, and improving Industrial and Auto inventory levels. New products are gaining significant traction and are on track to deliver high teens growth YoY and exceed 20% in FY26. In Computing, momentum is accelerating on expanding capex budgets from major cloud providers, improving attach rates, higher ASPs, and share gains, particularly in AI servers, although traditional servers are also seeing solid growth. While Auto and Industrial continues to digest inventory, sell through is outpacing sell in as demand continues to improve with strong tailwinds developing into 2026 as new design wins begin to ramp. On the fundamental front, the company is executing well and driving profitability as revenue leverage returns and cost containment initiatives drive meaningful operating margin improvements. With the business firmly through the trough, the design win success through the downturn is providing significant growth opportunities near-term with management optimistic in the top line returning to a 15-20% YoY growth rate. We are highly encouraged by the increased confidence in the growth trajectory and are pleased to see the underlying leverage still intact. We reiterate our Buy rating and $60 PT."
