Benchmark Reiterates Buy Rating on Amplitude Inc (AMPL)

Benchmark analyst Clark Wright reiterated a Buy rating and $15.00 price target on Amplitude Inc (NASDAQ: AMPL).

The analyst commented, "Amplitude announced the acquisition of Kraftful, an AI-native Voice of Customer (VoC) startup that we believe will help strengthen the company's existing value proposition while providing incremental digital analytics capabilities. No financials were given regarding the deal, but we see an opportunity for revenue synergies through cross-selling once integrated and view the transaction as a productive use of capital to accelerate platform innovation. We are reiterating our BUY rating and $15 PT (5x 2026 revenue)."
