Baird initiates coverage on Opower (NYSE: OPWR) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $22.00.

Analyst Ben Kallo comments, "OPWR, a newly public company, provides investors a unique energy efficiency and services pure-play. OPWR draws on behavioral science and data analytics to help utilities increase energy efficiency and provide better customer service. In addition to its technology, it benefits from first-mover advantage, which should provide growth opportunity. With that said, we think shares are currently fairly valued."
