Baird analyst Jonathan Komp reiterated an Outperform rating and $190.00 price target on Crocs (NASDAQ: CROX).
The analyst commented: "Maintaining Outperform rating. We see potential for healthy upside to Q3E revenue/EPS, which embedded a challenging environment. While CROX has roughly kept pace with the S&P 1500 since the Q2 report (+6% vs. market +7%), we believe sentiment embeds fears of negative Crocs North America performance for Q4E. We acknowledge current spending risks (footwear retail indicators soft recently), but are hopeful brand-level marketing/product drivers can support a better-than-feared update, and prospects for healthy growth and strong cash returns in 2025E should keep a re-rating opportunity alive (NTM P/E just 9.7X)."
