Baird Reiterates Outperform Rating on Axsome Therapeutics (AXSM)

Baird analyst Joel Beatty reiterated an Outperform rating and $116.00 price target on Axsome Therapeutics (NASDAQ: AXSM)

The analyst comments: "We maintain our Outperform rating, our $116 price target, and our 60% probability of approval for AXS-05 in Alzheimer's disease agitation after the company announced mixed phase 3 results this morning. We believe investors will only give a mixed probability of success to this indication after today's results. It appears to us that the approvability of AXS-05 in Alzheimer's disease agitation (ADA) could remain uncertain into 2026, as an NDA filing is not expected until 2H25."
