BTIG Downgrades SentinelOne Inc (S) to Neutral

BTIG analyst Gray Powell downgraded SentinelOne Inc (NYSE: S) from Buy to Neutral.

The analyst comments "We are downgrading S shares to Neutral from Buy. We have long been believers in the S story. Unfortunately, our recent field checks came back negative. We see increasing competitive pressure from larger platform vendors in the security space. And we think Street estimates for 2H’F26 and FY27 are too high. We reduced our ARR estimate in FY27 by 3.0% to $1,248MM / +15.4% and are below Street at $1,308MM. Over the next couple of years, we think revenue growth will slow into the low double digits, which is below current expectations for high-teens / 20% growth. While valuation is not aggressive at 22.5x CY27E EV/FCF on our updated forecasts, we think a Neutral rating is more appropriate for the stock."
