BMO Capital Reiterates Outperform Rating on Merus N.V. (MRUS)

BMO Capital analyst Etzer Darout reiterated an Outperform rating and $58.00 price target on Merus N.V. (NASDAQ: MRUS).

The analyst commented, "ASCO abstracts have been released for MRUS (a Top Pick) including data for petosemtamab, MCLA-145, and MCLA-129. The petosemtamab in 1L head and neck cancer is the headline with petosemtamab + pembrolizumab combination delivering a 60% ORR, albeit in 10 patients and limited median follow-up (1.35 mo). The response rate is consistent with our upside case and management will present a more mature clinical update from a later cutoff date on 5/28 "where the response rate further improved" per the press release. Reiterate OP and Top Pick status."
