WRAP Technologies (WRAP) Announces Resignation of Kevin Mullins from Board

On May 28, 2024, Kevin Mullins, who served as a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of WRAP Technologies (NASDAQ: WRAP), tendered his resignation from his role as director of the Company, effective as of May 28, 2024. Mr. Mullins’s resignation from the Board was not in connection with any disagreement between Mr. Mullins and the Company, its management, the Board or any committee of the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, or any other matter.
