Surgery Partners executive Harrison Bane to resign October 3

Surgery Partners Inc. (NASDAQ: SGRY) announced that Harrison R. Bane, National Group President, will resign from his position effective October 3, 2025.

Bane notified the company's Board of Directors of his resignation decision on September 11, according to the company statement. The resignation was not related to any disagreement with Surgery Partners regarding operations, policies, or practices.

Surgery Partners operates ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals across the United States.
