Qualcomm (QCOM) Appoints CFO Marie Myers to its Board

On October 8, 2024, the Board of Directors of Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) elected Marie Myers, who currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, to the Board. Ms. Myers was elected for a term of office that expires at the Company’s next annual meeting of stockholders. The Board also appointed Ms. Myers to its Audit Committee. There is no arrangement or understanding between Ms. Myers and any other person pursuant to which she was selected as a director, and there are no transactions involving the Company and Ms. Myers that are required to be reported pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
