NVIDIA (NVDA) Announces Resignation of Ellen Ochoa from Board

On July 31, 2025, Ellen Ochoa resigned from the Board of Directors, or the Board, of NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA), including as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, effective immediately.

Dr. Ochoa’s resignation is for personal reasons and not because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
