Lockheed Martin (LMT) Announces Resignation of Ilene S. Gordon from Board

On May 21, 2024, Ilene S. Gordon notified the Board of Directors of Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) that she was resigning from the Board of Directors, effective May 24, 2024. Ms. Gordon’s resignation does not involve a disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

The Company thanks Ms. Gordon for her eight years of service on the Company’s Board of Directors, including her leadership role serving as the chair of the Management Development & Compensation Committee from 2019 to 2023.
