On June 24, 2024, Ken Plunk, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of J&J Snack Foods (NASDAQ: JJSF), notified the Company of his decision to retire from the Company effective December 31, 2024. The Company will use the interim period to conduct a search for its next Chief Financial Officer.
