On September 9, 2024, B. Todd Dempsey, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of FVCBankcorp Inc. (NASDAQ: FVCB) and its wholly owned subsidiary FVCbank (the “Bank”), notified the Company of his intent to retire from the Company and the Bank effective November 1, 2024, and will step down as COO on that date.
