FREYR Battery (FREY) Announces Terminates Chief Accounting Officer

On December 11, 2024, FREYR Battery (NYSE: FREY) notified Lori A. Papp, Chief Accounting Officer, that her employment with the Company will terminate, effective upon the completion of her garden leave as agreed with the Company.

Evan Calio, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will also act as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer.
