On August 30, 2024, the Board of Directors of F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV) appointed, effective August 30, 2024, Thomas D. Fountain, age 48, as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) (principal operating officer), and Chad Whalen, age 53, as the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer (“CRO”).
