Atlassian (TEAM) Announces Resignation of Co-CEO Scott Farquhar

On April 25, 2024, Scott Farquhar, Atlassian (NASDAQ: TEAM) Co-Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer and director, announced that he will step down from his role as Co-Chief Executive Officer, effective as of August 31, 2024. At that time, Mike Cannon-Brookes, the Company’s Co-Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer and director will continue as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Farquhar is expected to remain as a special advisor to the Company and serving as a member of its board of directors.
