Altus Power, Inc (AMPS) Announces Resignation of Diane Brink from Board

On March 19, 2024, Diane Brink, submitted her resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of Altus Power, Inc (NYSE: AMPS) for personal reasons, and the resignation was effective as of such date. Ms. Brink was also a member of our audit committee and chair of our compensation committee. The Company appreciates Ms. Brink’s dedicated service. There were no disagreements between the Company and Ms. Brink that led to her decision to resign.
