On July 12, 2024, Mark Garfield notified Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE) of his resignation as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, to be effective as of August 9, 2024, in order to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Garfield’s departure is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s financial statements, internal control over financial reporting, operations, policies or practices. Mr. Garfield will continue to serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer through August 9, 2024.
