In a 13G filing just out, FMR LLC, the parent of mutual fund giant Fidelity, disclosed a 10.273% stake in Summer Infant, Inc. (Nasdaq: SUMR).

The firm now holds 1,795,150 shares, versus 560,199 at the end of Q1.
