In a 13D filing on Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (NYSE: RT), Clint Carlson's hedge fund Carlson Capital, L.P. disclosed a 6.76%, or 4,400,000 share, stake in the company. This is up 22.22% from the 3,600,000 shares Carlson held according to its last amended 13D on July 1, 2011.
